Ogletree Deakins launched the Workforce Analytics and Compliance Practice Group to stay ahead of modern compliance challenges, underscoring the firm’s dedication to legal innovation and commitment to delivering strategic, client-focused solutions.

Using data-driven tools to advise employers on various workforce compliance and risk assessment matters, the Workforce Analytics and Compliance Practice Group works together with Ogletree’s data analytics team to provide employers with the ability to identify opportunities and trends that will allow them to operate more effectively and efficiently. The group offers services such as artificial intelligence- and algorithm-based risk assessments, strategy and analysis for retaining employees and conducting reductions in force, and litigation strategy.
