Christina, a shareholder in the firm’s Greenville office, has been reappointed to the U.S. Chamber of Commerce’s Employee Benefits Committee. The committee – comprised of health care providers, benefits executives and attorneys specializing in employee benefits law – develops policy recommendations on employee benefits issues including health care, pension and retirement plans, public programs, and other employer-provided benefits. It also supervises the Chamber’s response to employee benefit legislation pending before all congressional committees of jurisdiction, as well as regulatory initiatives before administrative agencies.
