Mr. Bright has extensive experience in litigating cases under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, and the Americans with Disabilities Act. He provides counsel to employers on employee policy development, as well as disciplinary actions and terminations. In addition, he conducts training for companies on the prevention of sexual harassment and implementation of effective discipline.
