Copus of the firm’s Morristown, New Jersey office; and Karen Gillen of the firm’s Phoenix, Arizona office.

Christopher W. Deering, of the firm’s Birmingham, Alabama office, practices exclusively in the area of labor and employment law and has considerable experience representing employers in employment-related litigation. He received his undergraduate degree from Samford University and his law degree from the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University.
Christopher A. Mixon, of the firm’s Birmingham, Alabama office, represents employers in all types of labor and employment related litigation before state and federal courts and administrative agencies. He received his undergraduate degree from Auburn University and his law degree from Emory University.
Lisa A. Stephen E. Carolyn A. Russell, of the firm’s Houston, Texas office, focuses her practice on employment litigation and consultation and commercial litigation. James R.
