The award, which honors and recognizes professional excellence in the human resources profession, will be presented at the Indiana Chamber’s 43rd Annual Human Resources Conference & Expo this coming June.

Nominees for the award must be employed full-time in the Human Resources field within the state of Indiana, possess high moral and ethical standing, and have made significant contributions to their organization over the past year. In addition, they must have a proven track record of giving back to the community and the HR profession.
