Messeloff has joined the firm’s Cleveland office as an associate. He comes to Ogletree Deakins from the labor and employment law practice of Jones Day.
Mr. Messeloff represents clients in the areas of labor and employment law, employment litigation, and commercial litigation. He defends companies in complex litigation matters arising from federal and state laws such as Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, the National Labor Relations Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and the Age Discrimination in Employment Act. He also advises clients on matters involving employee hiring and termination, employment handbooks, unionization efforts, union election proceedings, and employee training. Mr. Messeloff earned his law degree from Fordham University School of Law and is licensed to practice law in the states of Ohio and New York.
