Ogletree Deakins Expands Pittsburgh Office, Celebrates 1st Anniversary

PITTSBURGH, PA – January 7, 2008 – Ogletree, Deakins, Nash, Smoak & Stewart, P.C. (Ogletree Deakins), the nation’s third largest labor and employment law firm, is marking its one-year anniversary in Pittsburgh on a high note: by expanding and adding two highly respected attorneys. Maria Greco Danaher will be a shareholder and Marla N. Presley will be an associate.

Maria Greco Danaher previously was a shareholder of Dickie, McCamey & Chilcote, P.C., where she served as Chair of the firm’s Employment and Labor Law Practice Group. She concentrates her practice in the area of civil litigation, with particular emphasis in the areas of employment law and labor law. Ms. Danaher represents and counsels companies in employment-related matters and specializes in representing management in labor relations and employment litigation. She also trains and advises employers on these topics.

Marla N. Presley previously was an associate of Dickie, McCamey & Chilcote, P.C. She concentrates her practice in the areas of employment law, premise liability, bad faith litigation, and insurance coverage litigation. She is a member of the Pennsylvania, Ohio, and West Virginia Bar Associations and is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, Supreme Court of Ohio, and Supreme Court of West Virginia. She has lectured on a variety of topics of interest to employers, including Drug & Alcohol Testing.
