Prior to joining Ogletree Deakins, Ms. Alli was a partner in the law firm of Kienbaum Opperwall Hardy & Pelton, PLC in Birmingham, MI. She has practiced in employment litigation and counseling for twenty-two years, representing corporations, educational institutions, and healthcare providers in employment law and civil rights legal issues. In addition to litigating claims in state and federal courts, she provides preventative counseling and training for management and education administration on a wide range of issues, including sexual and racial harassment, The Americans with Disabilities Act, The Family and Medical Leave Act, and complex wage and hour requirements under state and federal law.
Ms. Alli received her law degree from Wayne State University Law School, magna cum laude, in 1985. In 1981, she graduated, magna cum laude, from Michigan State University.
