Previously, Sieve was a senior associate in the Los Angeles office of Seyfarth Shaw LLP where she represented employers in litigation, including cases involving contract disputes, unfair competition, employment law, and various tort claims in state and federal court. Additionally, her experience includes management and handling of wage and hour and consumer class-action litigation and settlement negotiation. Sieve also advises clients about confidentiality provisions and restrictive covenants in employment agreements.

Sieve earned her J.D. from Temple University School as Law where she was the Co-Editor-in-Chief for Temple Political and Civil Rights Law Review.
