“Clients count on John to efficiently prepare, advise, and, when necessary, defend them when it comes to protecting their confidential information and trade secrets,” said Rick Samson, office managing shareholder of Ogletree Deakins’ Chicago office. “Further, his blend of ERISA and employment litigation makes him a unique asset to employers grappling with the intersection of these complex issues.”

A frequent speaker, John delivers practical information to employers regarding outsourcing and independent contractors, social media issues in the workplace, and protecting company assets.
