They succeed shareholders Keith Frazier and Ted Speth whose terms expired.
Clees joined Ogletree Deakins in 2005 as the founding and managing shareholder of the firm’s Phoenix office. He represents employers in Arizona and across the United States in employment litigation and labor relations. Clees also has a strong advice and counsel practice covering an array of state, federal, and tribal compliance laws. He has received some of the highest accolades in the legal industry for his work, including being named the “Phoenix Lawyer of the Year” in the Labor Law – Management and Employment Law – Management categories by Best Lawyers; an “Eminent Practitioner” by Chambers; one of the “100 Most Powerful Employment Lawyers in America” by Human Resource Executive; and a Fellow in The College of Labor and Employment Lawyers.
