Ogletree Deakins Elects Joe Clees and Marifrances (Fran) Morrison to Firm’s Board of Directors

ATLANTA – January 30, 2017 – Ogletree, Deakins, Nash, Smoak & Stewart, P.C. (Ogletree Deakins), one of the largest labor and employment law firms representing management, is pleased to announce that Joe Clees and Marifrances (Fran) Morrison have been elected to the firm’s Board of Directors. They succeed shareholders Keith Frazier and Ted Speth whose terms expired.

Clees joined Ogletree Deakins in 2005 as the founding and managing shareholder of the firm’s Phoenix office. He represents employers in Arizona and across the United States in employment litigation and labor relations. Clees also has a strong advice and counsel practice covering an array of state, federal, and tribal compliance laws.
