ST. LOUIS – April 8, 2019 – Ogletree Deakins, one of the largest labor and employment law firms representing management, is pleased to announce that Jairo R. Villalobos has been chosen as the inaugural recipient of a $2,500 diversity scholarship created to benefit a first-year law student in St. Louis and support the development of the recipient in order to make a positive impact on the St. Louis legal community.
During the scholarship year, Villalobos will be paired with a mentor from Ogletree Deakins and invited to attend a series of Lunch and Learns and seminars hosted by the firm. He will also have access to resume coaching and a mock interview by a member of the Ogletree Deakins’ national recruiting team based in Indianapolis.
Villalobos earned his B.A. from Yale University and is a Washington University School of Law first year student.
