Atlanta—June 23—Ogletree Deakins, one of the largest labor and employment law firms representing management, is excited to announce that the firm has been included on the NLJ 500: Women in Law Scorecard. Of the 350 law firms eligible for the Women in Law Scorecard, Ogletree Deakins earned the 14th spot on the list.
The NLJ 500 analyzes head count data from the 500 largest law firms across the United States. The Women in Law Scorecard is produced from data collected in the annual NLJ 500 survey. According to the National Law Journal, the scoring of this list is determined by adding the percentage of female attorneys and percentage of female partners. In the event of a tie, the firm with more proportionate equity partners is awarded the higher rank.
“Ogletree Deakins’ ranking on the Women in Law Scorecard is another testament to our commitment to supporting women attorneys across the firm,” said Matt Keen, managing shareholder of Ogletree Deakins. “We are extremely proud to see our efforts recognized, but more importantly, that women attorneys are advancing and growing across the board. We are eager to continue pushing the needle forward in supporting women attorneys at Ogletree Deakins.”
