Ogletree Deakins Appoints Polly Snyder as Chief Operating Officer

ATLANTA – October 14, 2025 – Ogletree Deakins, one of the largest labor and employment law firms representing management, is pleased to announce the appointment of Polly Snyder as the firm’s new Chief Operating Officer. Based in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office, Snyder joins Ogletree Deakins from BCLP, where she served as Chief Operating Officer – Corporate & Finance Transactions Department.

As Chief Operating Officer for Ogletree Deakins, Snyder will oversee many of the firm’s practice and business support operations, including:

• Financial planning, reporting, budgeting, and billing
• Human resources, staffing, and integration
• Knowledge and performance management
• Office operations and real estate across 60 locations
• Information technology and data analytics
• Litigation support

Snyder also serves on the firm’s Executive Committee and chairs the Management Committee, which is comprised of the firm’s office managing shareholders.

Snyder earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from Georgetown University Law Center, where she was elected to the Order of the Coif. She holds a B.A. in International Relations from Brown University.
