Adam is an associate in the firm’s Philadelphia office where he represents and advises employers on labor and employment matters. His practice focuses on representing employers in litigation involving discrimination, retaliation, harassment, and ADA claims before state and federal courts and administrative agencies. Adam also maintains a traditional labor practice, advising on and litigating union matters on behalf of employers involving labor arbitrations involving discharge, discipline, and contract interpretation.
Adam received his J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School. During law school, he served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Rachel A. Graham in the Wisconsin Court of Appeals. He was a member of the Labor & Employment Student Association. Adam received a B.S. from the School of Industrial and Labor Relations at Cornell University.
