Adger W. Drummond II

Adger W. Drummond II is an associate in the Pittsburgh office at Ogletree Deakins. He practices both Labor and Employment law but specializes in Labor. Adger primarily focuses on representing corporations in labor relations such as union elections, collective bargaining negotiations, and other disputers arising under the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA). Additionally, Adger also practices employment law, where he focuses on matters such as discrimination, retaliation, FMLA, and Whistleblower claims.

Adger holds two Bachelor degrees from the University of South Carolina, where he majored in Political Science and History. He received his Juris Doctorate from Duquesne University School of Law. Prior to joining Ogletree Deakins as an associate, Adger was a law clerk with Ogletree’s Pittsburgh office since 2022. He is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania.

When not practicing law, Adger thoroughly enjoys fishing, traveling, and spending time with his family.
