Adrienne B. Kirshner

Adrienne Kirshner is Client Team Counsel based out of Ogletree’s Cleveland office. An experienced attorney in handling investigations, her practice focuses in defending employers and management against Ohio and federal employment litigation claims including harassment, discrimination, retaliation, failure to accommodate, and wrongful termination.

Prior to joining Ogletree, Adrienne represented entities and individuals charged with and/or under investigation for white collar criminal offenses. It was during this work that Adrienne honed her skills in investigating allegations and responding to them. Adrienne then used those skills in completing and assisting in the completion of Title VII and Title IX investigations on behalf of public school districts and municipalities.

Adrienne is native to Ohio and in her free time enjoys reading novels and listening to memoirs and podcasts.
