Alfons D’Auria is an employment associate in the firm’s New York City office. His practice includes the representation of employers in federal, state, and local courts and administrative agencies, as well as throughout pre-suit resolution negotiations. Alfons also provides advice and counseling regarding employment best practices and litigation avoidance.
Alfons graduated from Tulane Law School, where he served as Senior Notes and Comments Editor of the Sports Lawyers Journal, as well as a co-chair of the Tulane International Baseball Arbitration Competition. Prior to joining the firm, Alfons spent time representing both employers and employees, allowing him to provide a unique and comprehensive analysis to his clients.
