Shareholder   |   San Francisco

Alison Flowers is a shareholder in the firm’s San Francisco office. Alison has extensive litigation experience representing clients before state and federal courts – at both the trial and appellate levels, as well as various administrative agencies. Alison has been practicing management-side labor and employment law for most of her career, with experience in areas such as discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and breach of contract.

In addition to her litigation practice, Alison also represents employers with respect to traditional labor relations, including as chief negotiator for successor collective bargaining agreements, lead representative during unfair labor practice charges, grievance proceedings, and disciplinary and separation decisions.

Before joining Ogletree Deakins, Alison was the managing partner of the Oakland office of another law firm and chair of the firm’s employment litigation practice.
