Amanda L. Fuller is an associate attorney in the Ogletree Deakins Salt Lake City office where she focuses her practice on both traditional labor and employment law. Amanda’s practice encompasses a wide range of labor and employment matters including, but not limited to, workplace discrimination, wage and hour disputes, wrongful termination, and compliance with state and federal employment regulations. Licensed to practice in both Utah and Montana, Amanda defends employers of all sizes in claims brought in state agencies, state court, and federal court.

Amanda earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law, where she served as the Executive Symposium Editor for the Utah Law Review’s 2021 Lee E. Teitelbaum Symposium entitled #IncludeTheirStories: Rethinking, Reimagining, and Reshaping Legal Education. Amanda also competed as a member of the Jessup International Moot Court team and received a Top Oralist Award in both 2021 and 2022. Amanda completed her undergraduate studies at Southern Utah University, graduating summa cum laude with a degree in History. Amanda also earned a Master of Letters in Early Modern European History from the University of St. Andrews and a Master of Arts in Comparative Literature and Cultural Studies from the University of Utah.
