Amy represents employers in a broad range of employment-related matters before state and federal courts and administrative agencies in claims involving discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, and retaliation. Amy’s practice also heavily involves conducting internal workplace investigations involving these types of matters. Amy also has experience defending employers in collective bargaining matters, grievances, and arbitrations.
Amy received her Juris Doctorate from Chicago-Kent College of Law, where she served as a Student Editor on the Employee Rights and Employment Policy Journal and was a member of the Competitive Alternative Dispute Resolution Team. Prior to joining Ogletree Deakins, Amy practiced at a Chicago-based law firm, where she represented public entities in all aspects of labor and employment matters.
