Andrea represents employers in a wide range of litigation matters, including allegations of discrimination, retaliation, harassment, and wrongful termination in state and federal courts, as well as before administrative agencies. She also represents employers in restrictive covenant matters, successfully obtaining temporary restraining orders and injunctive relief for her clients. She has successfully tried and arbitrated cases in Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, Illinois and Utah. Andrea prides herself on being an aggressive litigator who constantly seeks the best results for her clients.
In addition to litigation, Andrea regularly provides advice and counseling to employers on a wide array of issues, including leaves and accommodations, wage and hour issues, reductions in force, discipline and discharge decisions, hiring, pay equity and pay transparency, workplace policies and compliance with state and federal employment laws.
Prior to joining Ogletree Deakins, Andrea worked at litigation firms in Boston and Chicago. She also served as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Justice Nathaniel Howse Jr., Illinois Appellate Court, First District (Chicago).
