Andrea represents employers of all sizes on all matters impacting their employees under federal and state law, including the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), compliance with Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), as well as breach of restrictive covenant and trade secret litigation.
Andrea also has extensive experience representing employers before various administrative agencies, including the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the National Labor Relations Board, and the Ohio Civil Rights Commission.
Andrea received her J.D. from Case Western Reserve University School of Law. During law school, she served as Associate Editor, Senior Editor, and Symposium Editor of the Journal of International Law.
Andrea serves as Co-Chair of the Communications Committee for the Federal Bar Association Diversity & Inclusion Committee. In addition, Andrea serves as a mentor for Case Western Reserve University School of Law’s Mentoring Program.
Andrea was a member of Western Michigan University’s Women’s Track and Field Team, where she received a full-athletic scholarship. She also received numerous academic and athletic accolades, including being a D1 Second-Team All-American.
