Andrew D. Solis

Andrew Solis began his career representing asylum seekers, children, and families in immigration matters before USCIS and the immigration court. Recently, he has worked amongst the nation’s leading immigration firms with a primary focus on business immigration, guiding employers and workers through the complex U.S. immigration systems. Andrew has demonstrated experience in immigrant and nonimmigrant matters, including H-1B, L-1A, L-1B, O-1, TN, E-2, E-3, adjustment of status, PERM, and multinational manager and extraordinary ability petitions. Andrew enjoys helping companies large and small develop immigration strategies as well as helping individuals in pro bono matters.
