As a member of the firm’s Multistate Advice and Counseling Practice Group, Andrew regularly assists companies with the myriad of compliance challenges as they expand their business footprints and remote workforces across state lines, assisting with compliance projects relating to employer policies, practices, and employment agreements.
As a member of the firm’s Unfair Competition and Trade Secrets Practice Group, Andrew regularly assists national companies with restrictive covenant and confidentiality agreement compliance and enforcement.
