Angelica is experienced in assisting clients with a wide range of employment-based immigration matters, including non-immigrant work visas, intracompany transfers, immigrant visa petitions, and employer-sponsored legal permanent residency applications. She has worked with a wide array of companies, ranting from startups to large businesses. Angelica has extensive experience in drafting and preparing H-1B petitions, L-1A/B petitions, O-1A/B petitions, EB-1A/B/C petitions, and responses to complex government inquiries such as Requests for Evidence (RFE) and PERM Audits.
Angelica has several years of immigration experience, both working as an immigration attorney and as a legal writer at corporate immigration firms, supporting a broad range of clients across various industries. Angelica’s diverse range of experience provides her with a unique perspective on leveraging technologies in a complex, constantly shifting immigration landscape. Prior to joining Ogletree Deakins’ immigration practice group, Angelica worked for a top-tier immigration law firm in Atlanta where she prepared a variety of immigration matters. In her practice, Angelica finds it very rewarding to help immigrants enter the United States in order to provide a better life for themselves and their family members.
