Ann focuses her practice on employment-based U.S. immigration by assisting businesses and their foreign national employees in obtaining nonimmigrant and immigrant visas. Ann is experienced in preparing H-1B, L-1, TN, E-2, and E-3 visa petitions, in addition to responding to government requests for evidence and counseling clients on strategies to attain legal permanent residency for their employees.
Ann received her Bachelors of Arts in Political Economy from Rhodes College and her Juris Doctor from the University of Georgia School of Law. Prior to joining Ogletree, Ann practiced labor, employment, and immigration law at a firm in Atlanta, Georgia.
