Anthony is an associate attorney in the Fresno office of Ogletree Deakins. Anthony’s experience includes representing employers in state and federal courts, as well as administrative tribunals, on wage and hour, discrimination, and labor relations matters. He also provides advice and counsel on a wide range of issues including California leave entitlements, the disability interactive process under state and federal law, drug testing, criminal background checks, discipline and termination, and developing areas such as AI use in employment.
Prior to joining Ogletree Deakins, Anthony worked for a law firm specializing in management-side California labor and employment matters for public agencies and non-profit organizations.
Anthony graduated from the University of California, Davis School of Law. During law school, Anthony was a judicial extern for the Honorable Magistrate Judge Rozella A. Oliver in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. He developed his interest in employment law while interning for the California Department of Justice, Employment and Administrative Mandate Section and the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission’s Enforcement Unit. Anthony also served on the Moot Court Honors Board as a 1L Competition Problem Writing Chair and competed in the NYC Bar Association’s National Moot Court Competition.
