As part of his advice and counseling practice, Tony also assists clients in crafting legally compliant employment policies, employee handbooks, and various employment agreements.

Tony is an active member of The Cleveland Employment Inn of Court and several bar associations. He graduated cum laude from Capital University Law School, where he attended as an evening student while also working full-time at a law firm.
