Anthony is an associate in the firm’s Morristown office. Anthony has represented a number of large public and private sector clients in both New Jersey and New York, serving as litigation counsel on matters concerning policies related to COVID-19 and the Conscientious Employee Protection Act. In managing these cases, Anthony has gained experience throughout the litigation process, such as composing pleadings, preparing discovery requests and responses, drafting dispositive motions, and arguing motions before state trial and administrative courts.
Prior to joining Ogletree Deakins, Anthony worked as an associate at a firm dedicated to representing municipal boards of education throughout New Jersey. In addition to providing litigation support, Anthony also participated in collective bargaining agreement negotiations with local education associations and served as the school board’s attorney at public meetings.
Anthony graduated from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2019, where he served as Senior Notes Editor for the Seton Hall Legislative Journal and participated in Seton Hall’s International Human Rights Clinic and Health Justice Clinic. Anthony also graduated summa cum laude from Fordham University in 2016, where he was named as a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
