Anthony J. Simonton

Anthony represents employers in a variety of employment disputes, including claims of discrimination, harassment, leave and accommodations, and retaliation. He has experience defending clients in court and before administrative agencies, at the federal, state, and local level.

Before joining the firm, Anthony practiced employment law and general litigation at an Indianapolis-based firm. He has been recognized as a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers and “One to Watch” by Best Lawyers.

Anthony received his J.D. from the University of Notre Dame Law School, where he was elected president of the Black Law Students Association and served as a Student Bar Association representative. Prior to law school, Anthony graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Morehouse College.

Anthony resides in downtown Indianapolis with his wife and their dog, Jackson. In his free time, Anthony enjoys biking, and is an avid fan of Indiana sports.
