Ashley Knapp advises multinational employers on U.S. employment-based immigration matters. Her practice includes managing immigration programs across industries such as financial services, technology, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, and higher education.
She prepares and oversees nonimmigrant petitions, including H-1B, L-1, O-1, TN, and E visas, as well as immigrant petitions in the EB-1, EB-2, and EB-3 categories, including National Interest Waivers and PERM-based green card processes. She has experience managing PERM labor certification programs with a focus on compliance, audit readiness, and risk mitigation, and has successfully responded to complex Requests for Evidence, Notices of Intent to Deny, and Department of Labor audits and reconsideration requests.
Ashley earned her bachelor’s degree from Virginia Tech and her law degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
