Bartek Rost

Bartek Rost is a business immigration associate at the San Francisco office of Ogletree Deakins. Bartek represents clients in numerous industries in both immigrant and nonimmigrant visa matters, including EB-1, EB-2 NIW, E-3, H-1B, L-1, O-1, and TN cases. He advises HR, talent acquisition, and global mobility stakeholders on navigating complex U.S. immigration requirements and aligning immigration strategies with hiring and mobility needs. Bartek has extensive experience managing high-volume corporate immigration programs and leading process improvement initiatives. He is also skilled in drafting complex responses to requests for evidence and motions to reopen or reconsider.
