Brady represents employers in a variety of labor and employment-related matters, including litigation involving wrongful termination, harassment, discrimination, wage and hour claims, unfair competition, misappropriation of trade secrets, and other workplace torts.
Brady earned his J.D. from Louisiana State University in 2018. While in law school, Brady worked as an extern at the Louisiana Attorney General’s Office. Prior to joining Ogletree Deakins, Brady practiced at a New Orleans-based law firm, where he represented corporations in a range of complex litigation matters. Brady is admitted to practice law in Illinois and Louisiana.
