Brittany Eckard is an associate attorney in the Wilton office of Ogletree Deakins. Her practice is focused on employment-based immigration.
Brittany graduated from Greensboro College with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Psychology then went on to earn a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Radford University. After graduation, she worked as a mental health counselor, and then transitioned to work in student affairs in higher education. Her interest in immigration law developed during her time serving as the dean of students at a college in San Jose, California.
Brittany graduated summa cum laude with her Juris Doctorate from Quinnipiac University School of Law, where she focused on human rights and immigration law. During law school, she represented individuals seeking asylum through her work in the Quinnipiac University School of Law Civil Justice Clinic. She was a two-time attendee at the Oxford Consortium for Human Rights, served as a Training Co-Chair of the Human Trafficking Prevention Project, and served as a Publication Editor for the Quinnipiac University Health Law Journal.
