Brooke A. DuBois

Brooke is an experienced attorney whose practice is dedicated to representing employers in all aspects of labor and employment law. She defends clients before federal and state agencies, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), and in federal and state courts in cases involving discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, and other employment-related claims. In addition to litigation, Brooke regularly advises employers on compliance and best practices, including the development and review of employee handbooks, workplace policies, and personnel procedures.

Before joining Ogletree Deakins, Brooke spent a decade serving in the federal government, most recently as the Deputy Assistant General Counsel for Personnel Law at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. In that role, she represented the agency in labor and employment litigation and advised management, human resources, and labor relations on a broad range of personnel law matters.

A proud native of Tennessee, Brooke is a “Double Dore,” holding both her Bachelor of Arts and Juris Doctor degrees from Vanderbilt University.
