Brooke is an associate attorney in Ogletree’s St. Louis office where she focuses on representing employers in all different types of employment litigation. Brooke first joined Ogletree as a summer associate in 2023 before joining full-time as an associate attorney in 2024. She returns to the firm after serving as a term law clerk for the Honorable Stephen P. McGlynn at the United States District Court for the Southern District of Illinois. Brooke’s experience as a law clerk for a federal district judge provides her with unique insights into the mechanics of complex litigation and strengthens the writing-intensive background she brings to the firm.
Brooke graduated cum laude from the University of Missouri School of Law in Columbia, Missouri, in 2024. She was selected by Mizzou’s faculty to become a member of the Order of the Coif, a national law school honor society recognizing students graduating in the top ten percent of their class and with high academic achievements. As a law student, Brooke was an Associate Managing Editor for the Missouri Law Review and was published in the publication’s Winter 2024 edition. She received the Best Production award from the Missouri Law Review in 2023. Additionally, Brooke gained valuable litigation experience through student externships with the United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Missouri in 2022 and the Office of the Missouri State Public Defender in 2024.
Brooke studied English literature at Southern Illinois University in Carbondale, Illinois, graduating summa cum laude with her Bachelor of Arts in 2021. As an undergraduate, Brooke wrote for the student-led news organization as a Sports Reporter and News Editor.
