Bryson is a tested litigator who represents national, regional, and local clients in a wide array of labor and employment matters in all stages of litigation, and routinely represents employers in matters involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, contractual disputes, and traditional labor matters. Bryson has achieved successful results through defense verdicts, arbitration awards, dismissals, appeals, and negotiated settlements for clients in a variety of industries.

Bryson also provides clients with concise, proactive, and practical advice, and counsels employers on workplace policies and compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations.

Prior to joining Ogletree, Bryson worked at the Pima County Attorney’s Office Civil Division where he represented Pima County in various federal and state employment discrimination lawsuits as well as administrative hearings, and provided advice to county departments on a wide range of employment issues. Before his time in the Employment Unit, Bryson practiced in the Criminal Division, managing an extensive caseload in which he first chaired both bench and jury trials. Prior to that, Bryson served as an extern under Chief Judge Raner C. Collins at the United States District Court for the District of Arizona.
