Caitlin Hilton is an associate in the firm’s Austin office. She practices all areas of employment litigation in both state and federal court, and in arbitration, representing employers in connection with claims arising under Title VII, the Texas Labor Code, and various other statutes. Caitlin also assists employers in responding to Charges of Discrimination filed with administrative agencies such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and Texas Workforce Commission. A graduate of South Texas College of Law, Houston, with an undergraduate degree from the University of Houston, Caitlin served as a student attorney with South Texas College of Law Legal Clinics, where she assisted representing individuals detained in Immigration Detention Centers in the greater Houston area.
Caitlin is licensed to practice in the State of Texas and is an active member of the Austin Young Lawyers Association (AYLA) and the State Bar of Texas. Caitlin also serves on the Board of Directors for the Conrad N. Hilton Foundation, which provides grants to nonprofit organizations working to improve the lives of individuals experiencing disadvantage throughout the world.
