Caitlin Hilton is an associate attorney out of our Austin office and a member of Ogletree Deakins’ immigration practice group. Caitlin supports corporations in the recruitment and retention of foreign nationals through U.S. visa sponsorship. Prior to joining Ogletree Deakins, Caitlin worked in Houston where she represented both family-based and employment-based immigration clients, as well as federal litigation processes against USCIS for arbitrary and capricious denials of visas.
A graduate of South Texas College of Law, Houston, with an undergraduate degree from the University of Houston, Caitlin served as a student attorney with South Texas College of Law Legal Clinics, where she assisted representing individuals detained in Immigration Detention Centers in the greater Houston area.
Caitlin is licensed to practice in the State of Texas and is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), Houston Young Lawyers Association (HYLA), and the State Bar of Texas.
