Cam Ruk is an associate in the Dallas office of Ogletree Deakins. Cam represents employers in a variety of employment law matters. He practices in all areas of employment law, including federal and state discrimination cases filed under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and advising clients on employment law related matters. He also defends employers in OSHA cases by evaluating and resolving OSHA claims.
Prior to joining Ogletree Deakins, Cam attended the University of Texas, with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics/Liberal Arts Honors and a Bachelor of Arts in History, graduating cum laude. He received his law degree from SMU Dedman School of Law, where he was competed in the Mack Kidd Moot Court Competition and worked in the school’s First Amendment Clinic.
