Carlos Bacio is an associate in the Orange County office of Ogletree Deakins. Carlos represents employers in a wide array of labor and employment law matters in state and federal court as well as administrative agencies. He also provides advice and counseling to employers on a variety of policies and procedures.
Carlos graduated magna cum laude and received his J.D. from Chapman University, Dale E. Fowler School of law. There, Carlos served as the Senior Articles Editor for Chapman Law Review. He also worked as a judicial extern to The Honorable David O. Carter at the United States District Court, Central District of California.
