Catherine represents employers in all stages of litigation in state and federal courts and in proceedings before various administrative agencies. Her practice includes both single-plaintiff and class action litigation in matters involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, contractual disputes, and traditional labor relations. Catherine also provides advice to companies on various employment issues.
Prior to joining Ogletree Deakins, Catherine earned her J.D. from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University. While in law school, Catherine was a semi-finalist in the National Appellate Advocacy Competition and earned the highest Pro Bono Distinction by completing more than 200 hours of pro bono service.
In her free time, Catherine enjoys hiking, going to concerts, and trying new restaurants.
