Chloe Chang is an associate in the firm’s Los Angeles office where she represents employers in all stages of litigation in state and federal courts, and in proceedings before various administrative agencies, including the California Division of Labor Standards Enforcement (DLSE), the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), and California Department of Fair Employment & Housing (DFEH). Her practice ranges from wage and hour and misclassification class actions to single-plaintiff cases where she has assisted clients facing claims for discrimination, harassment, retaliation, failure to accommodate, and wrongful termination.
Chloe received her J.D. from The George Washington University Law School, and her B.A. from Emory University. During law school, she worked as a student-attorney at the Jacob Burns Community Legal Clinic on wage and hour matters. She also clerked at the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission Headquarters in Washington, D.C.
