Christina Forth has extensive experience in all areas of employment counseling, litigation, and workplace investigations. She is particularly passionate about advising business stakeholders, executives and human resource professionals on the increasingly complex employment law issues facing businesses today. Her proactive, preventative approach to employment counseling has been honed by her experience as an in-house employment attorney and private practice litigator. She understands how to help clients achieve legal compliance initiatives while reducing litigation costs and arriving at sound business solutions. Prior to joining Ogletree, Christina served as the Assistant General Counsel-Employment Law of a national oil and gas exploration company.
