Christina is a trusted counselor and skilled litigator on a wide range of workplace issues.  She regularly assists employers with issues as they develop in real time, including marijuana and drug testing issues, and leave and accommodation issues, among others.  She conducts workplace training and advises on other preventative measures.  Christina also zealously defends employers against claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination, in federal and state court, and before administrative agencies.

Clients have shared the following about their experience working with Christina:

  • “Christina is refreshingly client-centric, uber-responsive, and incredibly knowledgeable not only of the defensibility of a case, but also the possible business-sided implications.”
  • “She is adept and experienced in her legal analysis and a trusted resource for our company.”
  • “All along, she’s provided exceptional client service. She is responsive, thoughtful, and communicates timely updates with juicy developments and everything I’d want to know to make a risk assessment.”
  • “Christina is an excellent lawyer and I would work with her again in a heartbeat.”

Christina began her legal career as a litigator in the medical malpractice practice group of a national firm’s Las Vegas, Nevada office.  She transitioned to a labor and employment practice, eventually joining Ogletree’s Las Vegas office.  Christina was excited to return to her home state of Indiana in 2015.

Christina is a frequent speaker on marijuana and drug testing issues in the workplace.  She resides in Carmel, Indiana with her husband and their two children, and in her limited free time, she enjoys baking and playing the piano.
