Christina Petria is an associate in the Salt Lake City office.
Christina represents employers in a broad range of employment and commercial litigation matters in federal and state courts and in arbitration. A significant part of her practice focuses on unfair competition and trade secrets. She also defends employers against claims of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation, and handles related disputes through all stages of the litigation process. Christina earned a Bachelors of Science in Accounting from Western Governors University. She received her Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. During her tenure at UF Law, she was a research editor for the Florida Law Review, participated in the Veterans and Servicemembers Legal Clinic, and worked as a Lexis Associate.
Prior to joining the firm, Christina worked as an attorney for a national firm and handled diverse matters, including insurance defense, personal injury, professional malpractice, and commercial litigation.
