Cristin Mack is of counsel in the St. Louis office of Ogletree Deakins. Ms. Mack´s practice focuses on representing clients in ERISA and Non-ERISA employee benefits matters in federal and state courts throughout the United States. Ms. Mack represents insurance companies and employers in a wide variety of employee benefits litigation matters, including life, health and disability claims. She also defends non-ERISA breach of contract and bad faith claims.  Ms. Mack regularly defends corporations and individual professionals, such as insurance agents. Ms. Mack´s practice also involves a wide range of medical issues in cases brought against healthcare entities and insurers.
