Daniel Rojas is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Ogletree Deakins. Daniel represents employers in all aspects of labor and employment law. Specifically, his practice focuses on representing employers in single-plaintiff, class action, and representative action lawsuits involving wage-and-hour violations, claims of discrimination, retaliation, harassment, and wrongful termination. Daniel has also counseled clients to ensure compliance with wage and hour requirements. His clients include financial institutions, major manufacturers, fashion, hospitality, logistics, retail, medical and healthcare, entertainment, and technology companies.
Daniel received his J.D. from the University of Chicago in 2018, where he served as the Vice President of the Labor and Employment Society and the Latino Law Students Association. He received his B.A. in Philosophy from the University of California, Santa Barbara, High Honors, in 2013.
