Daniel handles a broad range of employment law matters focused primarily on defending employers against wage and hour claims, as well as claims of discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, failure to accommodate, and harassment. Prior to joining Ogletree Deakins, Daniel practiced litigation in Los Angeles, Orange, and San Diego Counties. Also, Daniel worked in the staffing industry prior to becoming an attorney. This experience provided him with a great insight into the challenges faced by employers as they work to comply with employment laws and regulations in California.
