Dawn joined the Seattle office as eDiscovery Counsel after 11 years as a Regional Case Manager with Ogletree Deakins’ Litigation Support group. She has extensive experience in all facets of eDiscovery, focusing her career on assisting clients to efficiently and cost-effectively manage eDiscovery for labor and employment matters. As a member of the eDiscovery and Records Retention group, she oversees all large document reviews that come through the firm. She determines best practices for each individual matter while also developing client-specific protocols to ensure consistency and efficiency across all matters. Dawn provides consultation on all eDiscovery issues ranging from document preservation, early case assessment, document review strategies, production of electronic data and privilege logs.
Prior to joining Ogletree Deakins, Dawn developed her foundational knowledge as a Discovery Practices Manager with an eDiscovery vendor and as a Project Manager with a large civil litigation firm. She used these opportunities to learn the more technical aspects of eDiscovery that help her counsel clients and internal case teams regarding best practices for their matters.
Dawn enjoys reading fiction and has her nose in a book whenever possible. She and her husband are avid football fans and enjoy wine tasting when not juggling activities for their three children.
